Announcements, Calendar and Community Events - 18000 Campus Way
"Tent City Drive" is continuing from last quarter, to now (Spring Quarter) it is still an all essentials drive for Tent City 4 located in downtown Kirkland. Some of the things we are looking for are flashlights, batteries, warm clothes, hoodies and much more. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SHEETS, BLANKETS AND/OR TENTS, for the encampment is actually looking to have more space and are already having to give these items away.
If you'd like to donate please look on the lower level and first floor of Cascadia building and in the Book Store and it explains what to do there. And if you want more information on the drive or Tent City 4 please contact me (Trisha) at Trisha333@verizon.net or Denise Michaels (Teacher) at Dmichaels@cascadia.edu or Bethany Such at Bsuch@cascadia.edu. Thank you so much in advance for any donations you may have. We appreciate any conribution and so do the residents of Tent City 4.

To come: A list of what we got during the drive for Winter Quarter!

For additional information see Tent City 4 and Service Learning.

The people participating in the tent city drive are trying to go to as many classroom's as possible to gain publicity on this tent city drive. So if you see us and have more questions, please ask them now. If you haven't seen us, please ask your teacher if they will feature us in their classroom so we can let everyone know about our drive! Thanks!
