Summer Climbing and Classes
Jun 24 2008, 7:06 PM EDT Summer climbing at Vertical World is a go whenever we want. The big news though is our summer climbing course. Mark your calender for our three session summer class. There are 12 slots available, and there will be two courses during this time. One for anyone who has never climbed or are beginning and one for advanced lead climbing. The beginning group will cover the intro class, belaying, and beginner technique. The lead climbing group will cover lead climbing and anchor placement. And the best part is it is completely FREE. Non students are also welcome if Cascadia students do not fill the slots first. PLEASE RSVP. Spots must be reserved. TIME: 6-8:30pm JUNE 30th, JULY 7th, and JULY 12th We will also be hosting a Gym Jam, a two hour after hours party at Vertical World. All are welcome students and non. We will have thirty slots for this party. The party will be from 7-9pm on Saturday JULY 26th. We will have music pounding and tons of climbing. Cannot wait to see you there.
